We are seeking a dynamic and mission-aligned Marketing & Admissions Coordinator to join

Key Responsibilities:
Admissions:
 Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families and guide them through the
admissions process
 Plan and coordinate school tours, open houses, and admissions events
 Maintain admissions database and track inquiries, applications, and enrollment metrics
 Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a welcoming and seamless admissions
experience
Marketing:
 Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase enrollment and community
engagement
 Manage website content, email communications, and social media platforms
 Create digital and print marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
 Partner with school leadership to promote school values, achievements, and events to
internal and external audiences

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or a related field
 2+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or related roles (preferably in an
educational or nonprofit setting)
 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Experience with social media management, email marketing tools, and CRM systems
(e.g., Finalsite, Blackbaud, HubSpot)
 Knowledge of or connection to Jewish culture, values, and community a strong plus
 Warm, professional, and highly organized with a passion for community building
